good afternoon, everyone. very happy to see so many new faces here. i am wang pengyuan, a senior student from class 1101. today, it gives me a great honor to give a welcome speech here, to share with you some of my experiences as well as give you some suggestions in the beginning of your college life.

actually, i am very much curious about your definitions of a good college life at this special point. someone once complained to me that the college life is totally a waste of time and money. do you think so? the answer is definitely no. here i want to tell you that if you try to manage your college life well, you will find that it will be really a valuable part of your life.

and now i"m going to share with you my personal experiences of my college life. i remember when i was a freshman, a junior student was giving a speech on this stage i was so impressed by her, and made my mind to study hard. so what i did in my pervious three years was just about making full use of college resources to develop my own potentials.

in my first year, i studied hard as i did in my high school, attending every class, listening to teachers carefully, reviewing after class and doing homework by myself. college at that time was a brand new stage for me, i was trying to find my way of adapting to it quickly. i participated in various kinds of activities to improve my abilities, such as joining in the students union, going to the old people"s home, selling newspapers outside campus, taking part in chorus competition and recitation contest. i think my ability is somehow improved through the year of efforts.

the second year was a very important turning point for me. i tried to learn more by myself and then apply the knowledge into practice. the very important event for me is the 18th china daily 21st century cup national english speaking competition in which i got the first prize in our school. but what i want to mention is only the benefits i gained from this competition, for example, my english speaking ability has been improved, and no longer afraid of saying a word in public and also i made friends with many students from other universities with whom i can share experience. and some other competitions like hubei provincial translation and interpreting competition, and so many more.

another part is the social activities. in july XX, i went to singapore to be a volunteer in the second international traditional martial arts competition. that was also an amazing experience in my life. as you can see that i witnessed with my own eyes a different culture thus broadening my horizons. so here i want to appeal to you all that seize every opportunity to develop yourself, for the college is an integrated platform in the journey of your life through which you are bound to grow up.

the third years seems like a great leap for me. equipped with the solid foundation i laid in the previous two years, i further participated in some important major-related contests, such as the outlook talent show held by cctv, the fifth cross-strait interpreting competition and national english ability competition. through all these contests, i found myself much more confident in the road ahead.

next i"m going to give you some suggestions to help you manage your college life better.

suggestion1: learn as much as possible.

for most of us college can be an unforgettable period for us to learn something. some one once said that university is like a dye vat, which means that you may be easily influenced by others. if you want to learn something you will be embraced by knowledge and wisdom; and if you don"t have the desire to learn you will find you get nothing after 4 years" college life.

suggestion2: cultivate your potentials and interests.

as we know, university is an integrated platform compared with high school. you do not need to bury your head in the books all day long. you need to conduct your self-cultivation and find where your interests lie in. for example, if you have the talent for dancing, you can join in the dance association. just show it. life will be colorful if there is joy.

suggestion3: always be optimistic and hopeful.

everybody knows that college life is mostly determined by ourselves. sometimes you may find that teachers can"t instruct you in every aspects. so you may easily come across difficulties with which you will get bored. but please remember that life has its ups and downs, adversity is just part of our lives. be optimistic, you will always find your way out.

in a sense we have come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check which has come back marked 'insufficient funds.' but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.

so we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the lu_ury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of god's children. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.

it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the negro. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen si_ty-three is not an end, but a beginning.

Mr. John Doleeva, Hall of Fame Executive Committee, Ladies and Gentlemen, good evening.

When I heard that I was speaking first tonight, I thought that someone made a mistake. The first speaker should be the great Allen Iverson. I need practice more than he does.

First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me this great honor. Your recognition has made tonight a most memorable moment for me. Although perhaps my career ended too soon, for me I treasure each and every moment. I am grateful for my time on the court, and for your recognition tonight.

I would like to thank my sponsors:

Bill Russell. I will never forget that you invited me to dinner at your house in Seattle when I was a young rookie. That evening, and all of your advice since, really built up my confidence and made me feel comfortable in a new country.

Bill Walton. You supported me all the way. Thank you for your advice and encouragement. You were the first one who called me when I woke up from my foot surgery. You told me to stay positive. I will never forget that.

Dikembe Mutombo. I put you last because you are the oldest of the three. We played together for 5 years and had so many memories on and off the court. Nothing can break the bond between us, not even all those elbows you gave me in practice.

As you know, I am from China and my journey began there.

My parents were basketball players back in the 1970’s. I heard so many great stories about them, about how they played and how good they were. More importantly, so many people know how good they are as people. I am very fortunate to be your son. The gift I had from you was not only height. It was much more. You taught me how to think, how to make decisions. And of course my soft touch on the free throw line. Which is why I am about 10,000 free throws less than Shaq.

My wife Li. We met when we were high school age. You know how much you mean to me. Thank you for being my life partner. Our lovely daughter Amy is a treasure to both of us. We wish she could be here, but she is in her first week at school. And she has to live with the consequence of choosing soccer over basketball.

My basketball journey began on the back of coach Li Zhangmin's bicycle when he gave me a ride to my very first practice on the basketball court. I would like to congratulate you on a great career as you retire this year. So many kids have benefited from you and your work.

Coach Li Qiuping you were my coach at the Shanghai Sharks. You led us to the CBA championship, and never gave up on us, even when you lost your wife to cancer that year. Thank you for your dedication and your sacrifices to us.

I want to thank the city of Shanghai, Shanghai Sharks and the CBA league did everything they could to prepare me. They raised me, trained me and helped me to be ready for the next challenges in my life.

There is old saying in China that if the mirror is made of bronze, one can dress properly, if the mirror is history, one can predict ups and downs, if the mirror is people, one can reflect on one's own weakness and strength. And now, I would like to mention a few mirrors in my life.

I want to mention Mr. Mou Zouyun. He was a basketball legend. Over 80 years ago, Mr. Mou came here to Springfield to study basketball. He went back to China and dedicated his life to Chinese basketball. Today, the CBA Championship Cup is named after him. This cup is the life goal that every CBA player can dream of.

I am not the first Chinese man to play in the NBA. That honor belongs Wang Zhi Zhi. He was a pioneer for all future Chinese players who dream of coming to the NBA. He cleared the road for us and made so many sacrifices. I learned so much from him. Although he cannot be here today, I want to thank him.

Many people know the story that began when the Rockets drafted me in 2002. Not many people know how much effort the Rockets put in before I arrived and throughout my career. Thank you to Les Alexander, Michael Goldberg, Carroll Dawson, Tad Brown, Daryl Morey and Keith Jones for making me feel at home in Houston.

When I arrived in Houston on my first day, Steve Francis gave me a strong high five and a big hug to welcome me. Steve has been the perfect big brother to me ever since that day. Cutino Mobley invited me to his home for something called Soul Food. I thought he meant SALTY food. Thank you to Steve, Cutino and everyone on my early Rockets teams for making me feel so welcome.

Rudy T. is famous for saying “Never underestimate the heart of a champion.” Rudy has demonstrated this not only on the court, but off the court too, especially in his battle with cancer. Rudy, you have always inspired me to be the best that I can be.

When Jeff Van Gundy arrived with Patrick Ewing and Tom Thibideau, that coaching staff turned us into a tough defensive team, like he always does.

With T-Mac, Shane Battier, Rafer Alston, we became a talented young team especially with Dikembe. That team was not only competitive, but a team with a brotherhood.

I all ways remember coach Van Gundy said once that the best chance also could be your last. That is true in basketball and in life.

My last NBA coach was Rick Adelman. He helped us develop so many talented players like Carl Landry, Luis Scola and Aaron Brooks. We had a great run in 2008/2009, but unfortunately my injury cut things short and ended my time with the Rockets too soon. I will always remember my time spent with the Houston Rockets as some of the best times in my life.

As a basketball player, I was one of the most blessed players on the planet. I played against some of the best athletes in the world. A great athlete not only has great teammates, but great opponents. Great opponents push us forward. Opponents like Shaquille O’Neal. Shaq every game we played reminded me of the old saying “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” Thank you for that

I consider Houston my second home so I want to say something to the people of Houston. You stood by me in good and bad times. You gave me strength to move forward. I will always consider you my family. I am a Texan and a Houston Rocket for life.

All of this would not be possible without the vision of David Stern and the NBA. Thank you to David Stern, Adam Silver, Kim Bohuny and everyone at the NBA for your kindness and support.

Finally, to Team Yao. Erik Zhang, Bill Duffy, Bill Sanders, Billy Kuenzinge, Larry Zhang and Lu Hao. We all look older and fatter than we first met.

当我第一天来到休斯敦时，史蒂夫-弗朗西斯给了我一个大大的拥抱，从那天起弗朗西斯就是最棒的哥们。莫布里邀请我去他家，吃了soul food(美国南方黑人传统食物)我当时没反应过来，以为是salty food(咸食物)谢谢弗朗西斯、谢谢莫布里，谢谢我早期火箭队的队友，让我在休斯敦感到自己是如此受欢迎。

鲁迪-汤姆贾诺维奇教练曾说过“永远不要低估冠军之心”，你的场上场下都诠释了这句话，尤其在他与癌症抗争的时候。鲁迪，你给了我很多激励，让我成为最好的自己。

当杰夫-范甘迪以及他的教练组(包括尤因、锡伯杜)来到球队后，你们把火箭队打造成一支防守强队。同时球队还有麦迪、巴蒂尔以及阿尔斯通，我们组成了一支很有天赋的年轻队伍。之后迪坎贝(穆大叔)的加盟让球队不仅更有战斗力，同时大家更是亲如兄弟。

我一直记得范甘迪教练说过的一句话：“最好的机会也可能成为最后的机会。”这句话无论用在篮球还是生活都是真谛。

我的最后一位NBA教练是阿德尔曼。他培养很多天赋出众的球员，比如卡尔-兰德里、路易斯-斯科拉以及阿隆-布鲁克斯。08-09赛季我们运作得非常棒，但是很不幸我的脚受伤了，使得球队没能走得更远，而我也结束了在火箭队的生涯。我会一直记得自己在火箭的时光，因为那是我人生中最美好的阶段。

作为篮球运动员，我觉得自己是这个星球上最幸福的球员之一，因为我曾和最优秀的球员打过球。

ultimately, there is more support for americans with autism than ever before. this means more promise of new breakthroughs that will help us understand autism even better. but in order to continue meeting the needs of people with autism, the combating autism act must be fully reauthorized. we still have a long way to go. working collaboratively with important partners, the affordable care act and the combating autism act will allow us to continue important research and develop and refine vital treatments.

there are still many unknowns. however, one thing is certain. we will continue to work harder than ever to find solutions and provide support to individuals with asd and their families. together, we can help reduce disparities and allow everyone to actualize their greatest potential.

中国人有一个有趣的现象是学了十来年英语连打招呼都没有过关，一见面还是： how are you ,fine ，thank you ,and you, i’m fine too, thank you bye bye !!!如果外国人没有说and you 中国人就会给外国人挑毛病，你错了.

我说你那个外国人同志啊，你怎么不说and you 啊，你不说and you 我就没有办法向下说啊，你只有说and you 我才能说i’m fine too!!为什么我们全国打招呼都是一样， 因为我们使用是同一个教材，我们没有选择，要弱智大家一起弱智。讲到打招呼，中国人还是比日本人好一点，大家都听说过日本首相僧喜朗的故事吧，日本首相僧喜朗将要去美国访问，日本的英语专家就教他，how are you , how are you , fine ,thank you, 但是僧喜郎还是没有记住，一见到克林顿，就脱口而出：

一句话里有五个单词我不会读，有三个单词意思都不懂，但是我能选对，因为前面有个to，那是动词不定式的标志，后面一定要跟动词原形！！或者是前面是had better，后面一定跟动词原形，管它前面是什么。中国学生什么时候最激动，一听说是常考题的时候，是不是，好激动啊，老师，多给几个。

让我们想想。用这个系统培养的学生能应付21世纪残酷的商业竞争吗，不！！！

至于中国大学生，我们来谈谈中国孩子。

现在小孩子很幸福〃从四岁就开始学英语，辛苦学了五年，花了几千块钱还是不行，基本上就会讲两个单词banana ,apple 今年我在大连培训里的时候，有一位家长带一个9岁的小孩来咨询,这个孩子的妈妈一见到我，她就鼓励他：快给张辉老师说几句，这个小孩就跑到我的面前，对我说：张老师，what’s your name?

这是不是有点象弱智恢复训练：张，这是甚么，这是书吧。我问他还会甚么，他就说：

i’m a boy.有没有这样的神经病，我看起来是男的实际上是女的。我们国家教英语这个句型教的最好了,student ,xxe here, let’s have a talk, what’s that ?

然后学生就会说：teacher, i think, it’s a desk,老师会说：no ,it’s not a desk, it’s a chair.

“如果我们的老师都这样教英语，那真是可笑。

在谈到我们的大学生和小学生之后，让我们谈谈我们的贫困成年人

我们的成年人，大学毕业以后，在社会上混了几年，感到21世纪也来临了，中国也加入了wto，北京申奥也成功了，不学英语就赶不上潮流了，于是就买了很多的书，但基本上都是一样的，看了第一本，听了第一课，磁带听了第一盘，学了新概念，学〃〃〃〃〃〃〃最后又好象走回了老家，学完了一套又一套，不学对不起自己，学了又不知道结果如何〃然后宣称：***，英语太难学，不学了，我不是学英语的料〃你问他们最拿手的是什么，他们就会说，“what’s your name ,!!”

第二部分为什么中国人学不好英语

首先是中国人太爱面子了，中国人学习最怕丢脸，有一天在大街上看到外国人，心想我能外国说两句就好了，可是两条腿就是不向前去，我要是说错了怎么办，外国人会不会笑话我啊，我说错了，那不是很丢人啊，那么多难堪啊。再说，我又丑又不温柔。外国人会告诉我吗。但是现在，我想告诉你，你是最好的，你是最有希望的。

学习英语不需要面子，妹妹大胆的向前走，学习英语更不能象羞答答的玫瑰，俗话说“没脸没皮，所向无敌”。我就喜欢犯错误，喜欢丢人，哪儿人多我就到哪儿去丢人，记得我班同学说我是不是有点**，我就说：i like my style ,so what?

你必须爱犯错误，鼓励犯错误，并努力提前一天犯错误。

其次，中国人对学习英语抱怨太多。有人说我的记础不好，记忆力差。我没有语言天赋。

是不是学好英语一定要有天赋呢，是不是一定要有天赋才能把英语才成学好呢，我举一个简单的例子〃就象开车，就象游泳，就象弹钢琴，如果你想成为一个游泳高手，应该怎么办就应该跳进游泳池里拼命地游〃中国人怎么做呢，中国人就会到书店里买了很多关于游泳方面的书how to swim，然后去参加培训班，苦学十年拿到了游泳博士学位，然后充满的信心跳进长江，结果跳下去就没有了，最后连尸体都找不到，跳下去就死掉了，还有一个故事，一个游泳教练带着五十个一个班的同学，学习练习游泳，每次上课的时候都是教练奋不顾身跳下去，大都在旁边记笔记，老师游的很好，老师边游边说，记住哟，左手和右手的区别，记住要注意换气啊，老师换气原来是这么回事，老师真伟大，这象不象我们上课啊，同学们翻到第二页，第二页讲的是enjoy doing sth ，ask sb to do sth ,tell sb to do sth ,prevent sb from doing sth th.。

再次，中国人的学习方法错了，the chinese misdirected their energy! 中国人的智慧都被浪费在“无聊的语法分析”、“枯燥的单词记忆”、“自欺欺人的精读课文分析”和“弱智的打勾勾涂圈圈的练习和考试”上了！

中国人的语法学的最好，比美国的教授还厉害，但我们的英语水平连美国的五岁小孩都不如，你想想我们开始学喊爸爸，妈妈，叔叔，阿姨再见时，我们的爸妈是否这样说，孩子爸爸，妈妈叔叔，阿姨都有是主语，再见是谓语。最可怕的是外国人回头说了一句，damn it ,shut up ,get out of my face now。外国人骂你，你不知道，啊，那个外国人在夸我。

你想骂外国人。你不知道怎么用这个声音。

另外中国还喜欢抱怨自己的单词量不够，总是把自己学不好英语归根于自己的词汇量不够，自己的单词少，其实，这是个很有趣的事情，你想美国的五岁的小孩子单词量有中国的大学生的单词多好，绝对没有的，但中国的大学生却没有外国的五岁的小朋友说的好，为什么会这样呢，因为你的练习不够，而不是你的单词量不够 。此时有的同学会说了我们是不是不要记单词了，不是这样的，我们反对孤立地记忆单词，因为人脑不是电脑，大量的记也会大量地忘，那应该怎么记呢，我们应该用句子来记，举了例子：在我们精读课本上的：

i’m looking for a temporary job ,so that i can save up some money to go traveling.如果你这句话你会说，还记不住temporary这个单词，那我要告诉你，你可以回家了，你弱智。此外，我们记忆单词的方式包括听写和记忆，筛选，我稍后将谈到。

还的同学会说，我的记忆很好，我会记很多的单词，但我就是不会说英语，但我要说，那些单词是死单词，你很快就会忘掉，再说，你不能一见老外，就说，sky ,people ,leg ,desk!! 我们在学课文的时候也挺好玩，同学们，我们现在开始学课文，同学们注意了，我们先讲单词，再讲课文，最后讲练习，这是非限制定语从句，这是主语，这是谓语，这是宾语补足语。这些自欺欺人的语篇分析，其实实那些教英语的老师有时听不懂的。

结果，我们学习精读课文变成了一件苦差使，费时费力却颗粒无收，而最后就变成了中国人会说英语的越来越少，会教英语的越来越多。

中国人特别喜欢做选择题，看懂看不懂都没有关系的，我照样能选对。并且擅长用淘汰法，排除法。可这样做很可怕的在于。

比如说你做选择题的时候，有四个答案，我们把75％的时间在复习错误的答案，25％的时间在看正确的答案〃结果离开教室回到家又没有时间巩固正确的答案。我问你一个简单的问题你妈妈从培养你长大，有没有说，孩子，正确的说法是这样，另外娘再教你三个错误的说法〃

我们很好玩，一天到晚整天在看那些是错误的，排掉一个印象深刻了一点，又排掉了一个印象又把错误记住了一点。再排掉一个又记住了一点，就是没有看正确的〃我们再说说阅读，其实我们做阅读题的时候，一般都是，飘飘然，昏昏然，不知所以然，所以我们阅读题没有几个人真正完全能够明白的，所以我们经常说

阅读是迷迷糊糊中蒙对的，听力是在极度恐惧中冒对的。

第三部分中国人应该怎样学习英语

那么我们中国人怎么学习英语呢，有的学生说我一学英语就头痛，胳膊痛，腿痛,那肯定有问题，学英语应该头痛才对，所以头痛没有用，眼痛没有用，耳朵痛没有用，嘴痛才有用，英语是说出来，不是写出来，不是学出来，不是看出来的，看懂是骗人的，听懂是骗人的，只有说出来才是自己〃语言的境界就在于四个字，那就是“脱口而出”，如果不能脱口而出，那学英语干什么，一见面，you ,you is ,you am, you are!

语言本来是世界上最简单的事情，语言本来应该属于劳动人民的，语言是最不需要天赋的，语言本来是劳动人民的基本技能，但中国人却把学习英语这样一件简单的事给搞复杂了。人为地把英语学习分为口语，听力，语法，单词，快速阅读，慢速阅读，写作等等，你想想我奶奶没有学过这些，却说一口流利的中文，而我们学习了英语这些方面，可是最后我们还是没有看到太多的希望〃

所以此时大家应该明白这样的一样道理，英语不是学不出来的，就象读完十本关于游泳方面的书照样还不会游泳一样。游泳是游出来的，钢琴是弹出来的，汽车是开出来的，语言是说出来的，只有脱口而出，只有锻造嘴巴才算是真正的学习语言。

另外，学习对象不应该是孤立的语音、单词、语法，而应该是句子！！因为人和人交往的是最基本单位是句子，在句子中掌握发音是地道的发音，在句子中掌握的单词是有生命力的单词，在句子中掌握的语法是有用的语法。一旦句子居中，一切都变得简单自然。

最后，学习英语只是三个字：说句子。

就是你现在才加入到英语学习的行列，就算是你现在才决定再重拾放弃已久的英语，你照样是最有希望的！要下一个坚定的恶狠狠的决心。只这有这样你才有希望成功！

首先，要树立学习贯彻十八大精神的良好榜样。以身作则，率先垂范，在院青年中开展贯彻落实十八大精神活动，将十八大精神融入到各科室业务中，不断创新医药卫生事业服务理念。

其次，坚持做好院党委的助手，就是要以做好党委决策的工作来作为共青团工作的头等大事，通过团组织将医院的决策更好地辐射到各科室、各领域。

再次，要加强共青团员的科室联合，与医院外的共青团组织联合，发展片区活动、片区文化，以开阔视野、增长才干，让更多的青年参与团组织活动。

第三，加强团委学生会“高效型、沟通型、服务型”的团队建设。团委学生会是每个人的学生会。每个学生都有权参与学生会的建设。所以，团委学生会应加强工作的公开，及时更新工作动态，并提供给同学发表意见和建议的渠道，如开展意见征集等活动。

在党建、团建方面，要充实完善数据库，提前调查每个学生的相关信息，负责及时更新。

第四，加强领导班子建设，广纳群贤时，任人为贤，努力提高团员的思想素质，鼓励他们锐意进取，增强工作执行力。

以上是我工作的初步构想。对我来说，团委副书记将是一个新的挑战和新的责任。记得俞敏洪在《赢在中国》中讲到：

下午好。我是团委秘书处的干事xx。

首先，能够站在这个讲台上进行我的竞选演讲，我感到十分荣幸，因为这是大家对我过去一年中工作的肯定与支持。的确，这一年里，我在团委书记，老师，各位师兄师姐的指导下，熟悉了团学工作的流程，参与各项大大小小的活动，锻炼了耐性，增强了勇气，成长一步一个脚印。

但是在走上这个讲台之前，我可以老实的跟大家说，我是忐忑的。从我得知自己已成为候选人之一的那一刻起，从我遇到第一名大一新生的那一刻起，我的内心就突然掉了下来。这时的我深刻的体会到，当我们一步一步的往金字塔的顶端向上攀爬，我们头顶上不是一个人人向往的光环，而是一份重若泰山的责任。

我一直在问自己：我能像我的前辈一样，拥有不同的能力，创造不同的成就吗？

然而，当我走上这个讲台，抬起头跟大家微笑的时候，我的所有忧虑被你们温柔的眼神融化了，取而代之的是一份陈述工作目标，工作计划的勇气。过去的一年。通过反复实践和具体操作，不仅扩大了我的知识面，而且从学生干部的角度思考和努力工作。

还有很多不足，但也是我明年的目标：

一、 我将进一步做好团委办公室的工作，使其形成一条明确的工作线，力求做到事事有章可循，有序进行，进一步细化和规范办公室工作。除了工作上的规章制度和办事程序进一步理顺外，还需要对我们部门的干事进行培训，通过制度和人员两条线进一步完善办公室的管理。

二、 提高大小活动的策划组织能力，让大家都能清晰明白活动策划的流程、尽我们办公室的力量协助使活动的目的达到最大化。

3、 进一步提高个人管理能力，带领团委学生干部成为一支优秀队伍。管理不是命令，不是指示，不是权威，而是尊重、容忍、平等和交换立场。为此，我希望提高我的管理和沟通能力，使整个团队更有效率和能力。

让我们把学习、工作和个人发展有效地结合起来。

华软团委永远是一个舞台，这个舞台提供了太多机会给我，让我有机会竞选这次的学生干部，通过竞选，我也深刻反思，让我意识到尽管做了一些事情，但实际上还有很多地方需要完善，需要进一步努力。作为一个女生站在这个讲台，可能我显得有些娇小。但我记得有一个成语叫“短小精悍”，俗话说“女人不能做男人”。
