一、文章构思

写作包括谋篇布局、遣词造句，文章包括主旨、结构、语言三要素。包括演讲在内的各种文章都有内在逻辑，都是为了表达意义。因此写英语演讲稿，完全可以从构思一篇中文演讲稿的角度出发，打好腹稿，先想好先写什么，后写什么，如何基于主题来收集整理素材。

二、英语演讲特征

在最初的两三年里，当我接触到粽子英语时，我提出英语首先是大量的语音输入，而且方法是重复阅读；自己跟着学，跟读了《睡美人》、《阿甘正传》、《狮子王》等电影，也跟读并背诵ivank为其父拉票的演讲、米歇尔为其夫拉票的演讲。分析这些名人演讲，在10分钟时间内表达自己想表达的内容，表达方式都是比较浅显、大家都容易接受，而且是演讲者自身经历的，这样能够让听众接受并产生共鸣。并提出了具体、放大、对比的基本原则。

根据这个想法，我的演讲主要分为以下几个部分：

第一段，点出是最后一次课，每个人上台演讲，我的演讲主题是《公众演讲培训——一次快乐的旅行》。

第二段，提到第一次上课认识john dolton，推门进去看到大家围着外教，外教让大家围在他身边，大家都不好意思，只有我除外。然后我很高兴听到外教的声音。首先，外教的声音很好。其次，我基本上能听到。这给了我很大的信心。

这是我的第一个收获。

第三段，说第二个收获，有关public speech的学习内容，然后提到这是自29年前自中学开始学习英语以来第一次由外教授课，而不是中国老师。这意味着我的英语学习有了很大的飞跃。
