I discovered that everything is bigger in Texas, from the size of a glass of ice tea to the distances on the road. My mother added barbecued brisket to the regular menu of turkey and Idaho potatoes on Monday and arroz con pollo on Tuesday.

The incredibly friendly Texans, wearing cowboy boots and going to high school football games on Friday nights, seemed a totally different breed from my friends in New Jersey. A slight drawl entered my speech.

In two years time, I found myself in the mountains of rural Bolivian. As part of a team of doctors and students researching hypertension on a group of African- Bolivian villagers, I quickly learned a new vocabulary that included medical and anthropological terms. The Spring Festival

The spring festival is the most important festival for Chinese. At Chinese New Year’s Eve, family members have reunion dinner together. This dinner would be the best dinner, not only because we have various dishes, but it’s the day we could meet all our family members.

After family reunion dinner, we make Chinese dumplings together, and usually watch the Spring Festival Gala on CCTV. Each family would light firecrackers and paste up Spring Festival couplets. 第一、教师的良好业务素质是上好课的前提和保证。

在这次听课中，我发现优秀的教师都有以下几个特点： 1、英语口语流利，发音标准准确，只有这样，才能保 证学生对英语教学的理解和把握，才能让学生学到正确的知识;

2、善于利用各种形势的多媒体，使学生接触到的英语

知识更立体，更形象、更直观，更生动，更生动;

3、教态自然大方，表情丰富生动，在课堂上能轻松营

我通过这次观摩和聆听了老师们的评课后，对英语阅读课的教学总结了以下三点感想：

一、在以后的阅读教学中，教师应当特别关注教学活动的价值。在阅读课的设计过程中，老师需要始终思考一个问题：教学活动为什么而设计?能否达到这样的目的?这样的活动是否符合学生的实际?一定要站在学生的角度去设计问题。

二、教师应给与学生充分的阅读时间，让学生通过多读文本，然后积淀出一些东西。学生是文本的加工者，而不是被动的接受者。教师需要引导学生走进文本，进行多角度阅读，进而加工信息和思想。老师应该为学生搭建桥梁。学生不仅是阅读的主人，更是阅读教学过程中的主人。

三、课堂教学的活动衔接要自然、清晰、和谐。无论是教师还是学生，在课堂用语上尽量用完整、丰富的句子。

虽说英语课教无定法，但这次听课我感触很深，听了这么多节节英语课和点评，我有了很多收获!我将把观摩会上学到的所有宝贵知识，仔细思考消化吸收，并在今后的英语教学中分享与实践!

一 序

日前，区教育局教研室精心组织了一次以“如何提高高中英语阅读教学的有效性”为主题的高中英语阅读教学观摩课活动。来自区内四所高中以及部分初中的50多名英语老师济济一堂，倾听了应邀前来的鄞州区优秀青年教师骆敏洁和温宏娟老师执教的两堂阅读教学课。

刚刚在本次市教坛新秀评比中脱颖而出的两位年轻老师对高二必修5 Unit 3 Reading和高一必修1 Unit 5 Reading两课进行了精彩的演绎。她们为明港中学高二(8)班和高一(6)班同学送来了两堂精品课，为听课老师就“提高阅读教学的有效性问题”展示了模本，明港中学英语组对两位老师的课进行了全程录像，老师们就事先设计的“课堂45分钟观察”有序分工，认真记录。并按教研室要求征集了与会教师对《高中阅读观摩课教学活动听课反馈》的问卷调研。

课后，鄞州区英语教研员屠一宝老师从英语阅读教学的目标、内容、方法和效果等方面对两堂课进行了精彩的点评。区教研室主任张曙波老师参加了本次活动，并与在座的一线英语老师们就如何提高英语阅读教学有效性问题进行了面对面的交流和互动，大家畅所欲言，受益匪浅。

二 悟

一堂好的阅读课，往往给人感悟和启迪。办公室的老师在一起交流时，几乎异口同声称赞这两堂课真的值得我们好好学习。张曙波老师在给与会的老师的交流中语重心长地说：“我们教师往往花很大精力备文本，却易忽视学生与文本，以及教师学生文本三者之间的交流;在挖掘文本时更不能忽视语言，这样才能促进学生后续的无限阅读能力的延伸。”其实这席话是很对症下药的。因为课堂45分钟效益的有无，优劣直接影响学生语言习得，感悟与内化吸收。

两堂课中，温老师的课给我的感触比较深，尤其是其中的两点。第一点，在上曼德拉这单元的第二篇阅读中，Elias 之所以会义无反顾地为曼德拉去效力，黑人们会炸毁政府办公大楼，是因为当时黑人面临的三个状况将黑人几乎逼至绝境。当时我记得自己在备课时，找了一些“黑人遇见白人警察总有事情发生”的图片，也在脑中涌现出三个观点：黑人好像当时没有受教育权，没有与白人一样工作的权利，没有选举权。因为我看见过一副漫画，一个黑人小孩坐在旋转的木马上，呐喊：在这旋转的木马上，我们和白人孩子有无区别?!但温老师却独到地采用表格形式将黑人的现状列为：选举权;工作权;生存权。为阅读文章曼艾两人关系作了铺垫，扫清了阅读障碍，一目了然，上课指令很清晰，我印象很深。

第二点难忘的是：赏读文本。记得我们明港中学英语组上次去杭州源清中学听课，一节语文课上，上的是《湖心亭看雪》，当时源清中学的老师就是将这篇文言文阅读课的赏析作为一个重点来突破。课堂上，用启发式提问让学生以小组合作的形式加以概括和提炼，与温老师的相似，尤其在最后都选取了原文本中精华的片段，打到PPT上，让学生划分“句子意群”，把握朗读的停顿与节奏，然后再要求学生在配了音乐背景的情况下把它有感情的朗读出来。学生摇头晃脑，抑扬顿挫，倒也读得饶有趣味。这一幕，让我感怀良久。因为很多时候，我们在梳理文脉，解释语言点，句子联展翻译，短文填空中“纠结”和“悲摧”，一节课几乎没怎么留给学生有独自朗读，进入文本语境的时间。但，文本的语言首先是可读可背诵的。语言教学在高中阶段阅读课里往往被我们给护忽视了;而高中阶段的阅读文章，是介绍地震也好，保护野生动物也好，介绍人物曼德拉也好，较之初中Go for it 教材3a文本而言，语言是很地道很流畅的，跟其同样具有美感的文本语言还有就是近几年高考的阅读理解篇目考题，有些为经典英文原著的节选——语言行文是很流畅一气呵成的，具有磅礴的气势和音韵美。像诗歌单元，像马丁路德的I have a dream,完全可以在高级句式的成分被划分后，找到节奏感，完全可以让学生在课堂上朗读文本，领悟文本中所包含的作者的思想感情，让他们自信满满，于抑扬顿挫中实现学生之间，学生与文本，与作者的融入和交流。

三 感

我觉得人分三种：感性，理性，感性和理性兼而有之。

我想最后谈谈对屠老师的感觉。很幽默很风趣——感性和理性兼而有之。第一句话，与我们交流的竟然马上把我“震撼”了：

“在座的北仑的英语老师：

解开了一艘 波光粼粼里小舟的 罗曼蒂克的缆 风光迷离 在我们的眼前”(我关注到我们很多英语老师都马上被感染了)”，接着，屠老师给我们细致分析了两位上课老师的阅读课思路：从把握文本作者情感的变化到过渡衔接的无痕自然;从上课设置悬念到画龙点睛地去回顾;从交际法的上课使用到文本每个段落点出的动词，形容词运用。

语言都是相通的，正如普天下“妈妈”的发音一样。因为有缘，我拜读过屠老师写的中英文诗集《缘督诗心》，我跟他交流时，他问我感觉怎么样，写得怎样。我说，有点像徐志摩(都有对英国剑桥大学的回忆)，也有些像余光中，比如“李白醉酒 呵成剑气成霜 吐出一个盛唐”，屠老师笑了。但真性情，倒是实在。一般真性情的人都喜欢喝酒，酒里面的境界，也确实多多;我想，高中文本阅读也如饮酒，足以值得我们一试二尝三醉。
