“守纪律、讲规矩”是安心从教的基本底线
“敬畏法度者最快活”，连封建社会的各级官吏都将“法度”视为“快活”的底线和保障，新时代的教师更加应该明白这个辩证的逻辑关系。
我们强调自由，尊重个性的张扬，但是必须在是“守纪律、讲规矩”的范围内，如果逾越了纪律和规矩，那么自由也就是一纸空谈，从各级纪委通报的案件来看，教师群体中有很多人因师德败坏、不守纪律、不讲规矩受到党纪或者政纪处分，严重的甚至还丢掉了“饭碗”，为自己带来了牢狱之灾，连最基本的人身自由都失去了，从我们的实际情况来看，近两年来，全县教师队伍“守纪律、讲规矩”的总体情况良好，但也不乏从事有偿家教、有偿推销教辅资料、体罚和变相体罚学生等不守纪律不讲规矩的现象，更有甚者因教德不端触犯党纪国法而为自己带来牢狱之灾。所以我们要求教师做到“廉洁从教”，追根溯源，也是为了保障教师能“安心从教”。
总之，作为一名人民教师，无论何时我们都应该更加严格的要求自己。要把讲政治、懂规矩、守纪律作为做人、做事的基本准则，做到不越"雷池",不闯"红线",不乱"章法".要心存敬畏、手握戒尺，在思想上做到心中清楚，在行动上自觉践行师德规范，做“守纪律、讲规矩”的表率。

一是坚守法律底线。党员干部的法治素养决定着党的领导水平和执政能力,直接关系到全面建成小康社会的目标能否如期同步完成。党员干部要做维护法律的尊严，带头了解法律、掌握法律，学会用法治思维来处理问题，牢记“权在法下”的理念，只有时刻敬畏法律，才能心存惮虑，警钟长鸣，不以权代法，以言代法，才能够守得住做人做事的法律底线。
二是坚守纪律底线。为官做人的标准应该超出底线越高越好，即使做不到高很多，最起码也要坚守底线，不能突破。一旦突破底线，就会像大厦失去了支柱，大坝动摇了根基一样，必然带来生活上的腐化、道德上的堕落、法纪上的失范。因此，我们就必须遵守纪律，包括政治纪律、组织纪律，从大局出发，不计小集体和个人利益。特别是领导干部要率先垂范，做榜样。
三是坚守道德底线。坚守对事业的追求，坚守人格、原则;放弃不切实际的欲望、浮躁、名利和非分之想;永葆进取之心，用超越功利的境界，作出无愧于职责的事业。这是必须坚守的做人底线。要以身作则，以德服人，要求别人做到的自己首先做到，要求别人不做的自己坚决不做，己所不欲，勿施于人。
四是坚守政策底线。作为一名党员干部，必须不折不扣地学习和贯彻执行党的路线方针政策。党内绝对不允许出现上有政策、下有对策，更不会出现有令不行、有禁不止现象，党员干部要从思想上政治上行动上坚决与党中央保持高度一致，以维护政令畅通，才能够守得住做人做事的政策底线。

前些天，看到孩子在空间里写的有一句“想学校了”，我突然止不住流泪，心里极其难受，我是怎样一个不称职的父亲！那些“最受学生欢迎的老师”的证书，每次拿回家，我都悄悄地放起来，那不值得在家人面前炫耀，那不是荣誉证书，那更像是一张张检讨，检讨自己在家人面前的失职。
然而，这个梦想是伟大而美丽的。作为清中的一名教师，应该有这样一个梦想。忽视孩子，忽视家人，疏远朋友，劳累身体。我们图个啥？

因此，我们可以用温柔的诗来描述我们的梦想。用我们清新的散文表达天地情怀；用我们的纪实报道来讲述别人的传说。
在一次又一次的训练过程中，我们学会了相信，只要我们努力，没有什么能阻挡自信的人。因为这片展现我们才华的土地的存在，就像许多人一样，我离我们的文学梦想更近了一步。通过小记者团，我们这些优秀的作家，在文字上相互了解和理解；通过小记者团，我们很多人都爱上了等待和惊喜的感觉；因为小记者团，我们心中那颗文学的种子开始萌芽，也许有一天，我们之中有的人会走上这一条充满了美和荆棘的道路，追随着我们的天赋，去成就我们少年时的梦。

现在，我养成了每周写文章的习惯。也许有一天，当你收到稿件时，你可以用它们申请一张借书证，再到文学宫去；也许有一天，你出版的作品可以贴上一本书；也许有一天。
就这样，认识了文学和新闻，不知不觉地爱上了他们。从前，这里有“80年代后”，现在是“90后”，过不了多久，就会有“00后”，我们长大了，但“新生代”一直会有更多的新生代的少年怀着文学梦走进来。今年，我们这里有很多新的同伴。我相信在未来的一年里，它会变得更加丰富多彩。

下面我给大家讲一个故事：
浩瀚的沙漠中，一支探险队在艰难地跋涉。头顶骄阳似火，烤得探险队员们口干舌燥，挥汗如雨。最糟糕的是，他们没有水了。水就是他们赖以生存的信念，信念破灭了，一个个像塌了架，丢了魂，不约而同地将目光投向队长。这可怎么办?
队长从腰间取出一个水壶，两手举起来，用力晃了晃，惊喜地喊道：“哦，我这里还有一壶水!但穿越沙漠前，谁也不能喝。”

小时候，男孩子瞅到威风神武的形象，道具等都会倍感羡慕，都会有所憧憬，那就是我的梦想了，或是警察，或是飞行员，亦或是消防员。每一个潇洒的背影都在那双满是童真的眸子里留下任岁月摩擦都不可磨灭的印象，成为最棒的模样。女孩子则是看到美好漂亮的东西就分不开眼神儿，想要都留下，卖糖果，卖蛋糕，有好多漂亮的小裙子。充满着童真的梦想都是单纯且在眸子里都闪光的。
远离了那份不懂事的纯净，梦想早已变了味道，或是已然丢弃。现在想想当初向他人述说的梦想简直滑稽至极，过于愚昧。经过岁月洗濯过的我们越来越不敢去想自己的梦想，实在是不敢于将内心的梦想讲述于他人，害怕带给自己的是他人的耻笑。这有何需要惧怕的？那些没有梦想的才是真的需要害怕的，连梦想都没有，那活着的动力是什么呢？仅仅是为了将在世间的日子混迹完毕？

However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.
Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.

第三点：态度决定一切。
细节铸就一切。坚持成就一切!有这样一句话：“当我冷眼旁观时，生命是一只蓝色的蛹;当我热情相拥时，生命是一只金色的蝶”。学习也是这样，当你把学习当作自己成长发展的需要时，才能体验到学习的快乐;当你把学习当作是一种负担时，学习就是一种痛苦。谁愿在一片郁闷和痛苦中学习呢?所以，我们要以愉快积极的心态投入到紧张的学习生活中，体验克服困难的快乐，体验取得成功的快乐。
