i'll tell you an experience of myself happened last week. last thursday our school was tackling something about working for study. i wanted to have a try even though i knew the salary was so low and i had little chance,because the students who had the certificate were always thought to have priority to get the job.

fortunately i was called at noon and a teacher said to me that she wanted me to work for her and asked if i could change my mind. at that moment i was so excited that immediately i accepted her idea. but later on,she found me that i'm not a student,so i had little chance and suggest me to get one.

then an idea occurred to me that i could call my father and ask him to send me the letter. at the same time i was told that i was admitted to the job and don't need the certificate. that time i f***ot to remind my father,until the next day he called me that he had posted it and it would arrive in just one day.

at that moment i was moved, and even moved into tears, because i knew my father was injured not long before,the process of helping me with the affairs was not so convenient for him. but he tried his best to help me. sometimes we may ***plain about unsatisfying things around us,and blame them on our parents,sometimes they'll be angry with us, and sometimes we can't quite understand what they are thinking about.

but on balance, almost every parent is selfless to his or her child. they are ready to offer everything to us when we are in bad situation. we used to sharing sorrow with them,but do not f***et to share our happiness with them, perhaps they will be much happier than we are.

because intentions are closely related to fairness and certainly affect the degree of honesty/dishonesty, there is a wide spread confusion about honesty–and a general belief that being dishonest means that one always correctly understands if their behavior is either honest or dishonest. self-perception of our morality is non-static and volatile. it's often at the moment we refuse to consider other perspectives that there is a clear indication we are not pursuing the truth, rather than simply and exclusively at the moment we can muster up evidence that we are right. socrates had much to say about truth, honesty and morality, and explained that if people really understood that their behavior was wrong — then they simply wouldn't do it — by definition. unfortunately, honesty in the western tradition has been marginalized to specific instances — perhaps because a thorough understanding of honesty collides with ideologies of all types. ideologies and idealism often exaggerate and suppress evidence in order to support their perspectives — at the expense of the truth. this process erodes the practice and understanding of honesty. to an ideologist the truth quite often becomes insignificant, what matters most are their ideals and what ever supports their desires to enjoy and spread those ideals.

如果梦想永不落空，又怎能知道执着的人有着两个梦想的翅膀。不管一切疯狂的追求，损失，妥协，都无法消灭梦想实现的那一刻。在梦想和现实碰撞的那一刻，我看到了它们之间的差距。

而这只是一个梦想的落差，需要太多的勇气，太多的才华，太多的热情才能点燃青春的高潮。

是成为笑傲天穹的精灵，还是成为陆地上平庸的小丑，这一切都由你自己决定。当奥运会运动员站在最高的领奖台上，当国歌响起，五星红旗缓缓升起时，我们看到他们骄傲和自豪。但在这种自豪感的背后，有许多为之的艰辛和汗水。为了实现梦想，我们必须为之奋斗。

战国时期的政治家苏秦。年轻时，学问不深，曾到好多地方做事，都不受重视。家人也瞧不起他。

这对他的刺激很大。所以，他下决心发奋读书。常常到深夜，很累，他想出一个办法，打个盹，用锥子扎大腿。

就这样，我突然感到疼痛，醒来，然后坚持看书。才有了“苏秦刺骨”的佳话。

几千年前年轻的苏秦都懂得克制，更何况现在的我们呢?青春的日子请好好把握，不要等到梦里都麻木的一天，才懂得懊悔，更不要等到青春散尽的一天，才懂得珍惜。

当我再次走进空旷寂寞的校园。

撷落英以戚戚兮，然春秋归去复来;

而余生之修短兮，叹年华其实无奈。

是诗意的消沉，更是意志的消沉。这是诗歌的失落，也是自我的失落。现实就是现实。 无论您如何选择逃避，最终都无法逃脱。

二、情感的困惑

在这个谁都会经历的“朦胧季节”，如果能够清醒的看到最终的结局，也许会少一些迷惘，走出情感的困惑。

三、挫折与自信

高考结束后，尤其是成绩出来的那一刻。经历了人生最为刻骨铭心的一次失利，真真切切的体验到了失败的感觉。一时间，天地寂寞无边。

In this day and age, environmental degradation presents great danger to thepublic. People in my country, and other places, have to bear polluted water andhaze day after day. As public awareness of the need for environmental protectiongrows in these countries, it is urgent to learn how to establish a green lifestyle.

To achieve a green life style, we must adjust our behavior. This can bedone even with simple things. For example, we could sort out our trash forbetter recycling. At home, we can use lights and other electricity only whenneeded. We should properly maintain air conditioners twice a year so they willrun efficiently, and, even more importantly, make sure doors and windows fitproperly and are sealed so that we can use less energy in heating and cooling.Other simple steps that make a big difference include using publictransportation instead of driving private cars.

Commuters can choose to take buses, subways or share cars with others,which not only relieves traffic jams but also reduces gas emission.

In my mind, it is high time to establish a general concept of sustainabledevelopment and green life style in China. The Earth has provided humans whatthey need; it is time to pay back. Only through a green life, can we ensure thatwe and our children live in an environment with green water and mountains,without traffic jams, and in an era with better living habits.

I want to go from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! I have a dream, that one day I can travel and see my country with my family and friends! If that is not possible, seeing my country on my own is good enough also. If I can fulfill all three of my dreams in life, then God can take me away. My Dream

Everyone has his own dream, which can be realized or not and which can be different from time to time. However, there must be a long –term one in one’s mind. In other words, it is not easy to be realized. I have a dream: to pass CET-6 before I graduate from the university. Glanced back to my English studying experience, I realized that interest is one of the key factors to grasp knowledge. I study English only for the examination before, but not the language itself. I have a question for you. ‘do you know how to breathe?’ okay, i know what you are thinking now, “girl, are you kidding me? everybody knows how to breathe.” actually, if i were you sitting down in there one year ago, i would think, “how did she make it to the final?”

Alright, seriously speaking, what i am talking about is “the art of breathing”, and it’s about breathing in a yoga way: peacefully and always under control. what it reveals is the real essence of perseverance, “in order to achieve, sometimes, you need to wait.” and when it comes to things you really want in life, it is as hard as it could possibly be.

For me, singing is a life thing. when i am singing on the stage, i feel whole-heartedly involved, and the self-fulfillment it renders is inexplicably thrilling. but with all the realistic problems i need to face in life, all those i want seem too far to be true– so far that i am terrified that i will never ever be able to get there and that gradually i will be carried away by the currents and torrents of life. i’ve been drowned into this ambivalence for so long. now, with a refined perspective towards self-realization, i am waiting, in a graceful posture, and knowing that i am going to get there. and on this, i should say, i owe yoga a thank-you.

I still remember, about one year ago, i attended a yoga course for the very first time. and to tell you the truth, i went there for a nice figure. however, after practicing for some time, i discovered that there was an ineffable inner-strength burgeoning sneakily in me while i totally focused. in order not to let go this significant power, i started to picture all i wanted in my mind while i was fully concentrating, for i believe the wings of imagination could make things possible. i learned to breathe with my dreams, shaping the eagerness into this elegant gesture of persisting.

And now, if you ask me what exactly is “the art of breathing”, i would say it is indeed “the art of living”. it combines the search of balance, the grace of patience, and the awareness of appreciation.

So even though feelings are tied up with life routines, i could still hold onto that free ego which i have always adored: the girl who is singing under the spotlight, with all her heart and soul; the girl who is persevering with all she believes in and always feels grateful for what has been bestowed on her.

That girl is now standing right here in front of you, hoping that you are all as lucky as she is, living with dreams and love. no matter how tough things get, i tell myself, i tell myself that, every single thing i am doing now is every step closer to that very moment of my trajectory, just like every yoga breath to every blossom moment of my life.

Blue has always been my favorite color, and I think it will always continue to be so.

I have several reasons for liking this color best. First, it is a very soothing color and makes people happy. How do people feel when they wake up to day when the sky is a dirty grey? Sad and gloomy. But when the sky is a deep blue, good cheer and joy enters our hearts.

Another reason why I am most partial to blue is that it is the color of oceans and rivers and lakes on a sunny day. Whenever I go swimming, I feel as though I were reborn.

In my estimation, blue is a very refined a noble color. I have several suits of clothes of different colors, but somehow blue seems to be most becoming to me. At the same time, all my friends say that I tend to look slim and taller whenever I’m dressed in blue.

“英语是越不说越不会说；越不会说越不敢说。”我在实践中发现课前小演讲能激发学生孩子们的兴趣促使他们积极地寻找他们感兴趣的材料，绞尽脑汁自己寻找或写材料自己想说的、想表达的话，它是解决“没什么可说”的这一难题的重要途径之一。开展英语课前一分钟的小演讲活动旨在为学生创造更多的是间和空间，体验英语学习的乐趣，从而展学生的综合语言运用能力。

英语课前一分钟的演讲活动有助于调动学生学习英语的积极性，培养学生的学习能力

第一，通过这次期中考试，发现很多学生充分调动单词的能力还有待加强，明明那些单词学生都会说，但是当单词出现在试卷上的时候，很多人就不认识了。虽然在平时早读课的时候我都要求学生边读边指，读到哪指到哪，但是部分学生还没能达到单词句子认读的要求。

第二，课文整合不够，这一直是学生的一大弱点。大部分家庭作业是读单词，背诵课文，所以家长一定要做好监督。

第三，这26个字母的书写方式不正确。不要注意特殊单词的大写。

第四，注意细节，强化记忆。有些学生可以很清楚地拿到满分，但因为一些细节而失分，这是最不公平的。

能够按时、保质保量地完成作业，自觉、自发地进行听、说、读、写的预习和复习；而且，我们应该关注孩子们的学习过程，而不仅仅是结果。意思不是等结果出来，而是每天关注孩子的成长。比如说，在家我们是否听到孩子大声地说或读英语，大声尤其重要，因为英语的语音较汉语来讲，比较夸张，声音小，容易造成发音不到位，错音也不容易被发现；你能听到孩子们每天脱口而出简单的英语句子吗。

（基础教育阶段英语课程的任务是：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神；使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听说读写技能，形成一定的综合语言运用能力；培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神；帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化的差异，拓展事视野，培养爱国主义精神，形成健康的人生观，为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。

国家英语课程要求从三年级开始开设英语课程。课程目标分为9个等级，其中小学3年级和4年级应完成1年级。5年级完成第2级目标。
